Why We Only Use Our Trusted Vendors At SE Performance

If you check our home page, you may see a section where we show off our trusted vendors just below our services section. These are companies that we trust to provide us with good parts and performance when we work on your car. Lately, we’ve been getting a lot of questions about why we use these specific vendors and not the vendors that customers have found. The reason is it saves you money in the long run. How does it do that?

1. Quality Parts

engine interior parts provided by our trusted vendorsOur vendors are companies we’ve developed a good relationship with because we’ve found their parts are the best quality at the best price. When you’re repairing or tuning a car for good performance, quality parts are essential. If a part isn’t made to a high standard, it will break down. This is especially true for our many clients who are coming to us specifically to tune their vehicles for higher performance. The higher performance our customers demand puts a lot of stress on the car and if the parts we use aren’t top-notch, the car will wear out faster. That means you gotta come in again for more repairs. That’s time consuming and costly for you, to say nothing of how it reflects on us.

2. Safety

When it comes to our work, safety is an important concern. We keep stressing the importance of regular safety inspections. Cars are dangerous. Statistically, driving is the most dangerous activity people do every day. While we can’t do anything about how people drive, we can do our best to make sure everybody’s car is in the best condition for driving. The quality parts that our vendors provide is one way we can ensure that. We know that those parts will be good, so we can feel confident that when we say your car is good to go, it’s definitely good to go.

3. Warranty

a mechanic tuning a car engineThis is the big one that we get the most questions about. A lot of customers come in with parts they’ve bought from outside and say it has a warranty on it. Here’s the thing about that, though: that warranty only covers the part itself. If the part breaks down, the company will cover the cost of the replacement part, but it won’t cover our labor installing it. If we were to put it in and there was a problem, we wouldn’t be able to cover the cost of labor and you’d need to pay for that.

With our trust vendors, we have a strong relationship with them and because they’re so sure of the quality of their parts, their warranties don’t just cover the parts themselves. When you let us get replacement parts from our vendors, they provide us with a warranty that also covers our labor. They not only replace the part for free, they pay for us to do the work for them. That’s even more saving on your behalf!

Our Trusted Vendors Mean Less Problems for You!

We’re always trying to do the best job we can. We want you to be safe on the road and we want you to feel confident that the parts will be good for a long time to come. Less need for repairs saves you time and money and we could all use more of that, right? That’s why we stick with our trusted vendors and won’t install parts we can’t guarantee are the best quality with the best coverage. We know the quality of the parts they give us and can trust that it will serve you well. Because of our strong relationship, the warranty on those parts also means that they’ll cover the cost of the labor as well as replacement parts if something goes wrong. It ensures that you suffer far less problems in the long run.
